Step 1: Pre-registration

During this phase, the business owner must decide on the legal structure of its business, the name (in Chinese) according to Chinese business guidelines, and the registered address of the business.

NOTE: China allows for shared office (virtual offices) to be used for the business registration.

Step 2: Application

We will handle the preparation of all necessary documents (a. feasibility study, b. Memorandum and c. Articles of Association) necessary for your application. The application process from start to finish can take up to 25 working days to complete.

NOTE: There is no required minimum registration capital as of 2016

Step 3: Post-Application

Once the application is successful, we will assist you in applying for the following items;

1. Company seal (sometimes referred to as the chomp/chop)
2. Company bank account
3. Tax identification number & registration
4. Alien Employment permit (for expatriates)
5. Import/export licenses for customs clearance
6. Special license/ Pre-approval license (if requires)
